ROUND 1Things were going along pretty solidly and with 3 holes to go I was looking forward to completing a clean round. Then on #16 I carelessly 3-putted, and on #17 I messed up big-time to drop another shot. Very disappointing but this is a monster of a course - at least I managed a gross sub-par round, but any winning chances look a lot slimmer now (yes Les, unlike me lol)...

ROUND 2Over the first 6 holes my putter could do almost no wrong. A dropped shot on #8 knocked me back but a couple of birdies early on the inward nine saw me back on track. Then disaster struck on the par 3 13th when my putter failed and that horrible pin claimed a couple of shots from my score. Another mistake on #15 saw another shot go and in the end I was glad to get off the course. A great challenge but it can be brutal out there!

ROUND 3Didn't get my act together until the 14th hole where I grabbed my first birdie - then followed it with another on #15. Coming to #18 I was determined to sneak under par - and that's exactly what I did. Every round on this course is a great challenge, and as I have no chance of winning this week I'll be trying my damnedest to go under par again...
