He might be better off in jail rather than play this course this week, tough track, any guest winning this week has done very well. Round 1 Got into a par rut from the start and most of them were savers, managed tweeters on 8 and 10 then the snots came, managed a good bird on 18 and i must say was happy to finish even par. Cannot see me winning this week but hey ho, onwards.  |

ROUND 1Similar round to Les - bogey-free front 9, missed a couple of chances, made a couple of good saves, but stole 3 birdies on the way. Made some errors on the back, which I think was tougher than the front, and paid the price. Happy to finish under par, but disappointed not to score lower after a satisfying first 9 holes. Love this course though, really makes you think...

ROUND 2Not a bad score in these conditions and on a tough course like Channarong, but I just couldn't convert the birdie putts I had on the back nine today, which was very frustrating. An opportunity to post a decent score missed...

ROUND 4Not a lot to play for in this round, except perhaps to try to beat Marek. A very satisfying round though, and if I hadn't pulled my tee-shot on the 4th it may well have been bogey-free. Anyway, I pulled back the 3 dropped shots and bagged 2 more birdies to finish the week on a high. Channarong is a great course but I completely misjudged the conditions for Round 3 - a shame because otherwise we would probably all have finished a lot further up the leaderboard...
