Not an easy course, and the last thing I needed was a Very Fast (the only one I had) on the 3rd tee which helped me card a triple from which I never recovered. Didn't play that badly, and almost grabbed an eagle on #14. I think I may have overcooked the conditions this week, but we have had it quite easy for a couple of tourneys...
