Round 1Think I spent most of my round admiring the look of the course!! If you take my last 10 holes from Round 4 at Pebble last week, then add them to my first 12 holes from this round, that totals 22 consecutive pars!! Surely that must be some kind of record for this tour LOL??? I only bogeyed the 13th because I had a 'Very Slow' off the tee out of nowhere, then a sloppy bogey on #17 that was all me, but finally on #18 I grabbed a birdie!! The scores will get interesting when the greens start to dry out methinks...

I took a different approach to this round - I played for a clean card very conservative and actually the course played very well, I think the course is a sleeper it is set up for all the trouble off of the T, the trick is to find the Fairway there is plenty of safety around the greens  |

Round 2Got caught on #1 with a Very Fast - after that I played better as the round progressed, culminating in a nice birdie-birdie finish. Beautiful course that plays very, very well.

Round 1 Had a 3 putt start then a couple of birds but never felt comfortable with the putter over next few holes. Back 9 was a different story when putts started to drop. Lovely golf course but i feel its not showed its teeth yet.  |

Round 2. Came out the blocks firing and been -5 thru 6 things were looking good. However this is golf and things can change quickly and the flatstick went to sleep. Definitely left a lot out there but realistically some of my approach shots were poor. Still pleased with the round, and clean card.  |

Apologies for the lack of leaderboard updates but I haven't had any internet service thanks to wonderful BT. I switched from Broadband to Fibre and they didn't send me a new router to handle it, incompetent lot!!
Seems to be fixed now, so updates will be posted later...

Round 3Considering I went into this round with no practice holes, hadn't played for four days, and the difficult conditions, I'm very happy with the outcome...
