Round 2 - Similarly to Ian, on the front nine I had a lot of near misses but couldn't hole anything. It was a different story on the back though. I kept my patience and focus and was rewarded with four birdies, unusually 2 of them coming on par 3's. Really enjoyed this round, my game was 'on' and I'm hoping I can play the same in the last 2 rounds...

Round 2 Started well then the game turned on me fast, slows and shooter putts, lost concentration on hole 8 and hit Driver on par 3, its hilarious to see a ball still climbing as it passes over the green...... except when its yours ffs. Gathered my thoughts and played some better golf on the back side, 17 being the only blip when i over shot green and my chip ran 20 foot past, i then had another shooter but managed to hole the return, then a good approach on 18 secured the bird. Probably the best score i could have had with the way the game is playing for me right now, i even have my graphics down to low, and even got beat of the 2 fossils. LMAO Onwards.  |

Round 3 Absolutely at the end of my tether with this game fast, slows, shooters, moderate greens running like 187, i dont think i will be playing this game much longer, its well seen they have another game for sale, well they can shove that where the sun dont shine.  |

Round 3 - After seeing what happened to Les I was a little concerned about this round, especially when I had a Very Fast on my approach to #1. Made a great recovery then botched the par putt. Sunk an excellent putt on #2, and steady play saw me reach the turn under par. Had a silly bogey on #13, but more birdies, most memorable of which came on #15 where I holed a super putt. Really pleased with my play, scrambling and score, mixed with a couple of lucky breaks, now just one round to go...

Round 4 After round 3s disaster i still gave myself a chance of beating the best pro score but yet again the game decided to throw in a few ricks, couple of shooters but no where near as bad as round 3.  |

Round 4 - I think the expression is "I blew it"!!! Just when I needed to produce, my game deserted me. A weak par putt on #5 cost me a stroke, and I couldn't sink a thing. On #10 I pulled my normally reliable drive into the trees - 2 more shots dropped. Another one went on #14 through poor putting, and the cherry on the cake came on #18 when my par putt lipped out. Just one of those days I guess, but very depressing after playing so well in the last 2 rounds. Hey ho...
