Sorry for the delay, been working full-time for the last 3 days and feel very tired lol, I'm just not used to it any more!! Anyway, here it is... Round 2 - The wind had decreased but the course was drier and the greens faster. Les Souter and Bay Hill are just not compatible it seems, as his round of 79 appeared to demonstrate, and the same could be said of Randy Grant who shot a traumatising 80. Randy started well with a bird on the 1st, but that was his only highlight and his round went swiftly downhill from that point on. Charlie Roberts' game is slowly improving, as shown by his 73, but can he find his A-game in time for The Masters? Ian McKinley played well but his only reward was a level par 72, while Bob Fletcher had one of his better rounds, a fighting 70, leaving him as the current best-placed guest but still only tied 27th. Ominously, Tiger Woods is the new tournament leader after a brilliant 64, a score also posted by Canadian Mike Weir who is hot on his heels...

Round 3 - With not a breath of wind blowing this could have been a round of low scoring. However, it didn't turn out that way, quite the opposite in fact, mainly due to some very difficult pin positions and extremely slick greens. Charlie Roberts (82), Bob Fletcher (81), and Ian McKinley (79), all suffered badly, while Les Souter's 74 was actually his best round of the tourney so far. Randy Grant also enjoyed his best round of the event, a very respectable 70 in the circumstances but, at the end of the day, the guest players occupied the bottom 5 positions on the leaderboard. Hopefully they can restore some semblance of respectability in the final round...

Round 4 - A light breeze and quick greens were too much for the guests to drag themselves away from the foot of the leaderboard. Ian McKinley (81), Charlie Roberts (77), Randy Grant (75) and Les Souter (74) may have had one eye on next week's Players Championship and/or the Masters in two weeks time, but they unexpectedly struggled again on Bay Hill's greens. Only Bob Fletcher, with a 69, gave a good account of himself, apparently using a mixture of his old swing and his new swing to good effect, and the future looks promising. TIGER WOODS won this event and consequently the Winter Trophy for being the top earner over the first 11 events of the season. Now we head into the Spring Swing, starting at Sawgrass...
