Round 4 - The windy conditions and sluggish greens seemed to cause a lot of consternation today. Ian McKinley finished an unmemorable week with a 71 which saw him end the tourney with a share of 22nd place. Bob Fletcher's putting woes continued but at least his 70 was good enough to grab 3rd spot. Hans Kunok was looking in good shape with five holes left of his third round but, inexplicably, he failed to complete 18 holes and unfortunately was disqualified. Overnight leader Mark Lipping shot his worst round of the week, a 71, which left the door open for his main competitor, Randy Grant. Randy's game has improved no end over recent weeks and he took full advantage to card a closing 68, a score that provided him with his maiden victory by two strokes! Next week we are in New Jersey and Ballyowen Golf Club for the Dow Jones Open Invitational, where the largest purse of the season will be on offer - but you will need to bring your best putting game because there are some challenging greens to take on there...
