Round 4 - At last he's done it!! Ian McKinley finally delivered to claim his first victory of the season! And well deserved it was too, Ian being the only player to break 70 in all four rounds, and his closing 69 was just good enough. Bob Fletcher made a sterling effort to catch Ian in the final round, and it was in the balance right up until the 18th, but Bob's approach bounced into the lake and his winning hopes found a watery grave. Even so, his 68 was a fine attempt. Mark Lipping had made a bright start to the week but could only follow it with three level par rounds. However, his 71 today was still low enough to finish in 3rd spot. Randy Grant had a tough week, carding 74, 73, and 74 in the first three rounds, but today was particularly hard and he could only sign off with a 79. Thanks to those who played, and finished, the event, let's hope next week will be just as much fun...
